Common questions about migration
Is migration really free?
Yes, if you pay for a hosting plan for a year. With monthly payment, migration terms are agreed separately.
Will the site go offline during the move?
We move it so the site stays online: the old one keeps working until the new one is checked. Only then do we switch the domain.
What about email on my domain?
We check where it is now and tell you before payment how to move it.
What access will you need?
Access to your old hosting or site panel and to where the domain is managed. We send the list after looking at the site.
How long does the move take?
It depends on the CMS and site size. We give you a timeline after looking at the site, before payment.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of the first plan payment we refund the full amount. Domain registration and transfers are not refundable. Details are in the Meridaro terms.
